Lover of Life

Hi there!

I'm Paula White Naiga - my friends call me Paula or Miss White. I am excited to virtually meet you and I hope you are having a wonderful day. If not, lets change that by getting to know each other a little more.

I am a passionate writer, an active listener and a dedicated entrepreneur. I am a forever student, a Management Consultant and a self proclaimed lover of life.

I studied Business Administration at Uganda Christian University Mukono and while I was there, I interned at KPMG Uganda. Soon after my graduation (with first class honors), I joined a boutique audit firm in Kampala as an Audit Associate. Currently, I am a graduate of MSc in Management European Triple Degree from EM Lyon business school in France, Ludwig Maximilian University in Germany and, Lancaster University in the United Kingdom.

As a passionate and motivated professional, I’m constantly striving to improve my techniques, expand my skillsets and find new opportunities to grow. Each of my projects - both solo and collaborative - have provided this growth and allowed me to establish myself within this competitive industry.

I have been mentored by CEOs in the Education, Consulting, Manufacturing, Marketing, Agriculture and Not-for-Profit Industries; in Uganda, France, India, Germany and Rwanda.

From a young age, I always sought out growth opportunities and wanted to make an impact in the world. Whether it would be through my passion for writing, in the boardroom, at client engagements, through content creation, or while relating with project beneficiaries in the field, I put my whole into it.

My Vision

To live in a world filled with empowered people who are inspired to serve and contribute to empowerment of others

"The only way to Live is to love the Life that you Live" Paulanpw

I have never been one to have favorites; partly due to my experience growing up in a big family. We never really "owned" anything because stuff was always passed down, borrowed, shared, or given away. Another reason being that I get bored easily. So I don't have a favorite song, color, playlist, book, TV show, etc and for a long time I was made to feel strange because society demanded me to have them.

However, in a world that is very dynamic and revolutionary, I have found "my weirdness" to be a gem. I have developed an extensive understanding of my environment and this enables me to engage in meaningful conversation with various people. This has also shaped my career into a multi-purpose one.

Do you have a favorite book? Please recommend it to me. I would like to read it and add it to my list of "non-favorites" ;)

My mission is to inspire people who feel awkward, struggle with imposter syndrome, and NEVER quite fit into any of the societal boxes to fully embrace themselves and take up their space in the world.

Through this platform, I will engage with you about my experiences in entrepreneurship, building my professional career and my passions. I will also introduce you to my social circle of equally influential people who Live out Loud. Finally, I intend to build a community of Lovers of Life. And guess what? You are invited!

Thank you for spending time with me. I hope you will stay a while longer and I will be happy to connect with you much more in the future.

Always!

Paula
